What would you want 'Worry-free tax prep' to mean? I was expecting prompt attention and regular updates. However after WFTFS accepted my deposit and my uploaded documents on February 9, I heard nothing until I messaged them March 5 and learned they had not even started my tax return. They also said if I didn't hear from them within another 3 weeks to message them. I told them to do the return that day and that got things moving. Their website says that one rental property can be included for a fee of $675. Well I have one rental property in Philadelphia and they wanted to charge me $875, which after I complained they reduced to $775. In the end they did a good job but I did not find the process worry-free.
